Jonathan Shields
Director
Throughout my 28-year tenure as a Head Teacher, I have dedicated my career to helping children reach their potential. As an experienced educator and leader, I have consistently delivered impactful school development, improvement, and growth, leaving a lasting impact on many young lives.
Jane Shields
Director
I am Jane, an Accredited Dyslexia Specialist Teacher, Dyslexia Assessor, and experienced head teacher. With my expertise in education, accreditation as a Dyslexia Assessor and Specialist Teacher, and extensive experience in school leadership and improvement, I am here to make a difference.
Jade Marco
Director
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in leadership roles, including my time as an Inclusion Manager. This has allowed me to develop strong skills in managing difficult conversations and creating inclusive environments where every child feels valued and supported.
